This is excerpt from CIA’s “Simple Sabotage Field Manual” that was issued in 1944 and declassified in 2008. It was intended for everyday people who wanted to help Allies by undermining productivity and order in their countries. Many of the instructions seem to be so relevant in today’s corporate world that I get the feeling war is not over yet. I see many secret agents still working hard all around us.
Here is the list of answers I am getting most of the time when asking about progress on our projects:
“I’ve sent them an e-mail”
“They didn’t pick up a phone”
“They said they will call us back”
“I am waiting for them to xyz”
